RESPONSIBILITIES OF BLUEBELL BOARDING

Bluebell Boarding will do everything possible to ensure the Dog Walking Field is well maintained, secure and safe for all users. However, hazards or damage may happen through natural occurrences and we are not responsible for any loss or injury that may occur as a result. Any reported problems or damage concerning the Field will be resolved as soon as possible. Any client found to be mistreating any dog or use of any equipment deemed to result in mistreatment, or any client not abiding by these Terms of Service, will be asked to leave the premises and will be prevented from making any further bookings. This is to ensure the enjoyment and safety of our clients and their dogs.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLIENT

As our client you agree to use the Field entirely at your own risk and for that of any guests you may bring at the time of your booking. You agree to ensure that your dog/dogs do not behave in a way that threatens the safety of any other client or dog. The dog/dogs in your care that use the Field must have up-to-date vaccinations that enable them to be in a public space and you must not use the Field to exercise any dog that is displaying any symptoms of illness that could endanger or be a risk to other dogs. You agree that Bluebell Boarding cannot be held responsible for any damage/loss to/of your property or to any dogs in your care. Dogs in your care must be kept on a lead at all times if for any reason in any areas outside of the Field. There must only be a maximum of up to 12 dogs in the Field as per your booking. You are welcome to bring guests including children, who must be supervised at all times. As our client you are responsible for all guests and must ensure that they abide by these Terms of Service.

USE OF THE FIELD

Allocated parking areas must always be used and the Field left padlocked and secure, even if another client is waiting, to prevent unauthorised access. Clients will be given parking and access instructions at time of booking. Dogs must not be exercised anywhere on the property apart from in the Dog Walking Field. All dogs must be kept on a lead if for any reason are outside of the Field and must not be allowed anywhere near any horses or livestock that may be in surrounding areas. Clients must pick up and remove their own rubbish and dog waste, please use the bin provided or help us by taking it away with you. 

BOOKINGS

Bookings are non-refundable, though clients are welcome to re-schedule their booking at any time up to 12 hours ahead of the original booking. Clients must respect their booking times and not arrive early or depart any later than allotted times. Bookings must be paid for online with credit card at time of booking. 

UPDATES

We may need to change these Terms of Service at any time. Existing clients will be notified by email if any changes are made.

Bluebell boarding day care and boarding
terms of service

 

1. All dogs must be fully vaccinated and a current veterinary certificate must be provided by the owner at time of boarding and will be retained until departure. Treatment against fleas and worms must be given by the owner prior to commencement of boarding.
2. Medical insurance cover is provided for any kennel related illness or injury for the duration of boarding up, to £1500. Veterinary treatment will be arranged with our veterinary surgeon for any boarded dog if deemed necessary during their stay. Any cost over £1500 will be the responsibility of the owner. 
3. Pre-existing conditions and any signs of pre-existing conditions are excluded from our insurance but will be treated by a veterinary surgeon at the owner’s expense should symptoms worsen whilst with us. We must be notified of any pre-existing conditions

4. Boarding fees are payable on by cash or BACS payment. 

Cancellations  

There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of full booking amount if cancelled up to 48 hours ahead of start date and 100% of full booking amount if cancelled within 48 hours ahead of start date. Fees when cancellation is due to exceptional circumstances will be at the proprietor’s discretion, full or part payment may still be required.

5. Whilst every care and attention is given to every dog boarded, Bluebell Boarding or its staff cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising through illness or any other cause and dogs are boarded entirely at the owner’s risk.

6. Charges are made per working day not per 24 hours. For early pick up/late drop off, days will be charged at half day rate as per our pricing page. For drop off any time before 3.30pm and pick up any time after 9.30am a full day charge will be applied for that day. Special daily rates may apply during holidays or very busy times, i.e. over Christmas period, these rates will be displayed on the pricing page.

7. These terms must be signed by owner on hard copy on arrival, by signing the owner understands and consents to these terms of service.
